I think it is pretty low of you to post that you are giving a certain number of hacks and when we click on them we only get about half. To get the rest we have to share, REALLY? Next thing you know, we will have to pay for them. I have seen most of them and the ones I haven’t will eventually come up with no requirements. I decided to give the smaller room to my older daughter, Snowflake. My younger daughter, Pumpkin, got the larger room. When my older daughter was younger she had some major issues with the bigger room and wouldn’t even go in that room alone. It was a whole big deal, we had some concerns that some of that may resurface. We also felt that she is at an age where her ‘toys’ are getting smaller and she doesn’t need as much space for her things and room to play on the floor. My younger daughter has quite a few larger toys and still loves plenty of room to play. She got the larger room. Like I said, I’m still not sure we made the right choice, but it is done for now.

Even the tiniest bedroom can benefit from an accent wall; after all, it doesn’t take up any space. Whether you choose a glorious metallic wallpaper like the one here or prefer a painted wall, don’t be afraid to go bold if that suits your personality.
Ideally, a bedroom should be a clean, minimal space for you to unwind in, but I also love how creativity has crept into this Scandi interior. Full of personality, this scrapbook/shelving arrangement complements the DIY aesthetic of the room and accompanies the hanging bulb light fixture perfectly. Framed pictures are non-existent but instead, a quick fix of inspirational imagery taped to the wall is the ultimate effortless decorative feature. I like how black accents can be detected from the tape, light and bedside table; bringing all of the decorations together, but still harnessing that spontaneous element. Image credit

Just stick with one wall – preferably the one at the head of your bed – and keep the rest of the room sedate in terms of color and pattern.
Soft coral and brown? It may be out of imagination, but it turns out so beautiful and girly.
