A traditional style, like the British colonial look shown here, doesn’t have to be stuffy. A few shots of color, interesting artwork and accessories, and a pretty upholstered headboard give this classic look fresh sensibilities. If you need more storage space for your clothing, but don’t have room for a piece of free-standing furniture, consider installing a built-in dresser. Not handy enough to tackle the task? No problem!
